Editing Graphical Object-How to editing graphical objects

You can edit a graphical object by aligning,grouping or flipping the object.The following steps are used for editing graphical object.

• Select the graphical object and observe that under the drawing tools, a format tab appears at the top.
• Click on the option which you want to require.if you want to align the multiple objects the following steps are used for this.
• Select the object (s) that you want to align by pressing control and clicking on each object.
• Click on the option in drop down list in align button of arrange group on format tab under the drawing tools which you want to require.                   

If you want to groping multiple objects the following steps are used to group two or more objects.

• Select the object that you want to group.
• Click on the group button in Arrange grouping format tab under the drawing tools.
• Select the group option from the drop down list.

Text Box

it is a box that is also used to enter text where you can not enter the text easily.It can be moved and rotated easily in the document.
